ADHD Skills Classes

As an ADHDer and a clinician who focuses most of my practice on working with ADHDers, I understand that the society in which we grew up didn’t always teach us the skills we needed to make the most of our wonderful neurodivergent brains. I offer education to help people with ADHD* gain skills alongside others who also live with ADHD.

The Adult ADHD class is a small group 12-week virtual class for those aged 18+. Each class addresses a different topic that's common to ADHDers, psychoeducation about how the ADHD brain works, skills & tips to help ADHDers adapt, and community with other ADHDers.

*ADHD rarely travels alone! For this reason, the class is inclusive of many other things that tend to exist with the ADHD brain, including (but not limited to) sensory issues, Autism, issues with anxiety, etc).

  • This skills-based, educational series is designed to support you in navigating some of the most common challenges of ADHD—while also helping you build psychological tools to respond to your unique, neurodivergent brain with greater flexibility and self-acceptance.

    Topics we explore include:

    Disorganization & prioritization

    Anxiety & stress management

    Time awareness & planning

    Improving focus

    Coping with restlessness & boredom

Riding out emotional ups & downs

    Clearer communication

    Money management challenges

    School & work difficulties

    …and uncovering your ADHD strengths!

    How to Enroll
Before signing up, schedule a free 10–15 minute consultation with me. This quick Zoom call helps you & I make sure the class is a good fit for your needs.

  • The class meets via Zoom.

  • The class is based in evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and DBT. In addition, the class is based in recent research on performance science, executive function, Growth Mindset, and ADHD innovations. The curriculum has been reviewed & validated with leaders in the field.

  • The total cost of the 12-week ADHD Skills Class is $955, which includes:

    • $175 one-time initial individual needs assessment (at enrollment)

    • $65 per class meeting (12 sessions total)

    Discounts Available

    • Additional $25 Off – Pay for the full series at your enrollment appointment (rather than week-by-week) and receive an extra $25 off.

    • Sliding scale: I know cost can be a barrier. While I need to cover my expenses, I don’t want the intake fee to prevent you from joining. If a sliding-scale intake fee would make enrollment possible for you, please let me know (& you may stack this on top of the discount above).

    Insurance

    • I do not bill insurance directly at all and don’t have enough expertise in insurance coverage to know whether your insurance will cover the class.

    • If you’d like to inquire directly with your insurance company, please utilize CPT® Codes 0591T-95 (for intake) and 0593T-95 (for class sessions).

    • If they require a diagnosis of ADHD for coverage, you will need to provide me with your diagnosis from another provider because I will not be able to diagnose ADHD in our intake session.

    • I’m happy to provide you with a superbill with this coding.

  • Due to the enthusiasm of those who have completed the class series before you, the benefits of engaging in the course don’t stop at 12 weeks!

Completing the series will give you access to affordable alumni maintenance meetings, discounted coaching from my coaching partners, and an online alumni network!
